Vertically Integrated Supply Chain

The in-house machine shop can produce parts for 27 space vehicles monthly. A FOOKE gantry mill was added to increase throughput in 2024. Machined and externally sourced parts are inspected as part of the quality assurance process and entered into inventory. Using the power of automation, the components and modules are assembled, tested, and integrated. Automation expands capacity and quality control.

PCBA & Production Lines

Robotics and automation are employed for high PCBA throughput and quality control. This includes module and harness production, automated module assembly, and 3D printers, all using lean processes.

On the production floor, automated modular test hardware and software platforms flex to meet manufacturing needs, testing the performance of our modules under ambient, thermal and vibration environments. Best-in-class test equipment and tightly controlled processes ensure consistent and reliable testing to industry standards.
